We use A.I. to accelerate their vision, not shortcut their growth.
We bring in industry leaders with proven success.
We help students launch, not just learn.
We don’t just inspire. We implement.

“I just want my child to have options.”
“They’re too smart to be wasting time on TikTok.”
“School’s not teaching them how to live.”
“I want them to build something that’s theirs.”

Has been sketching business ideas in class or Googling “how to make money as a teen.”
Doesn’t feel seen at school but lights up when talking about their passion.
Is always hustling — reselling sneakers, tutoring, doing hair, editing videos.
Has a gift, a grind, or an idea — but no structure to launch.
Isn’t waiting to be chosen. They want to create their own lane.

At first, they didn’t want to be there. Like many teens, this student showed up thinking it would be just another boring camp—lectures, worksheets, and a countdown to lunch. But from the moment the activities kicked off, something shifted. The environment was electric. There were team challenges, live demos, and hands-on business-building projects that pulled them in fast. They weren’t just listening—they were doing. Designing logos. Creating offers. Competing in real-world scenarios. You could see the doubt fade and the confidence start to build.
By the end of the week, they weren’t just participating—they were leading. That’s what made this camp different. It had them learning real entrepreneurial skills, laughing with peers through team-based challenges, and stepping up to lead when it mattered.
What started as hesitation became ownership. And in that shift, a young founder was born.

Senator, Maryland
I am pleased to endorse the Young Entrepreneurs Camp, led by Mr. Carl Gray and the team at Prototype Consulting Group, as a vital program in Prince George’s County.
The Young Entrepreneur Camp is a testament to Mr. Gray's unwavering commitment to our youth. This program equips young minds with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to navigate the world of business. Through a comprehensive curriculum, participants are guided from ideation to financial preparation and the launch stages of creating a business.”
